I called them twice and somehow still couldn’t get a straight answer?? It was frustrating because I just wanted some clear help, but I ended up more confused than before.

Setting up the caregiver stuff was easy overall, but the scheduling details aren’t always clear. On already busy days, the timing feels off and I end up having to double-check things when I really don’t have time for it.

The item was mostly just like the description said, so I’m happy overall. There were just a few little details missing that would’ve been helpful to know ahead of time 😊

I ordered from platinumhealthllc.com thinking the mobility support stuff might make things a bit easier for me, but yeah... it didn’t really work out that way. The information on the site felt kind of vague, like I kept thinking I understood it and then realizing I still wasn’t sure what would actually suit my needs.
I tried reaching out for help, and the response took longer than I expected. When they did reply, it didn’t really clear anything up, almost like my questions were half-answered or just passed along. For something this important, especially mobility-related, I expected more care. I probably wouldn’t order from them again...

Umm, I returned my item and I’m still waiting to get my refund. Support took a while to get back to me, and the return instructions were kind of confusing. I felt like I had to keep following up just to get basic updates. Overall, not a great experience with the refund process.

I was disappointed with this. It felt cheap from the start, and after only a few uses, it already broke... definitely not what I was hoping for.

I ordered from Platinum Health the fit was solid. I just picked my normal size, and it was mostly right. It felt a tiny bit snug at first, but nothing crazy, and after wearing it for a while it loosened up enough to feel comfortable. I’m giving it 4 stars because the sizing info could be a little clearer, but overall I’m happy with it and don’t really think it’s a big issue if you stick with your usual size

I tried using the site, but it kept glitching on me, that made me uncomfortable. I have a personal standard when it comes to sites I trust with my time or information, and this one just didn’t meet it. I didn’t feel safe using it, so I won’t be going back.

My order showed up with the box already looking rough... one corner was totally crushed in. When I opened it, the packing inside was super thin, so everything had clearly been sliding around during shipping.
One of the items had scuff marks, and the plastic wrap was half opened?? Maybe the actual product was still okay, but it didn’t feel clean or safe enough to use after seeing that.

I did email support, but this kind of packaging just shouldn’t happen, especially for health-related stuff. I expected a lot better, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

Yeah, I got what I needed and, it’s been comfortable to use so far. It’s not perfect, you know, but it’s definitely way better than my old one. Shipping was fine too... nothing amazing, but no real issues either.
